The problem

You're locked out because you live in Africa.

You want to open an account on a platform, or use a service that exists elsewhere. From Africa, your country is often not offered, and the account does not go through.

You hit the same block when a client abroad wants to pay you, or when a tool refuses your country.

Signing up

You fill in the form on a platform that is open internationally. Often your country is not on the list, and the account stays blocked.

Getting access to services

Ads tools, cloud, stores and payments are not all available from Africa. Some of them cut off at signup.

Getting paid

When a client or a platform wants to send you money, the method they use often will not accept an account opened here.

This pack brings together a US company, a dollar account in the company's name and a Stripe account. We form it from where you are, and you still own it. The point is to sign up and get paid where an account opened here does not go through.

What you get

Here is what the pack puts in place.

A US company

You own 100% of an LLC registered in New Mexico. Your name does not appear on the state's public register.

A tax ID (EIN)

The US tax authority issues an EIN. Platforms and banks use it to verify the company.

A dollar payment account

You get ACH and FedNow details in your company's name, a dollar balance and a virtual card. A client can transfer money to you the way they pay a US business. This is not a bank account in the classic sense.

A Stripe account

The Stripe account is opened in your company's name, to collect card payments.

A US address and registered agent

A physical address in New Mexico. SUPRASTACK LLC acts as registered agent, which every US company must have.

Get your money out

You get your revenue out to Mobile Money.

Once the company exists and the invoice is paid, the money is still in the United States. With SupraBusiness, the dollar balance goes through SupraPay: you convert it to CFA francs and withdraw it to Orange Money or MTN, from your phone.

You invoice in dollars and you collect in Mobile Money.

Questions

Common questions

Do I have to travel to the United States?

No. The whole process is online.

Do I own the company?

Yes, 100%. We are the registered agent of your company, never a partner.

Will I pay taxes in the United States?

It depends on your activity and where you carry it out. Your company does have annual filing obligations regardless of your situation: they are covered by the subscription. For your personal tax, talk to an advisor in your country of residence.

Is the dollar account a bank account?

These are US payment details (ACH and FedNow) attached to a dollar balance. In practice you receive transfers like a US business, but it is not a bank account in the classic sense.

How long before I can operate?

A few weeks, usually. It depends on the file, the US tax authority, and the verification timelines at Stripe and the payment partner.

What happens if I do not renew?

We stop acting as registered agent and your company gradually falls out of compliance. You are notified 30 days then 7 days before the due date.

Which countries is this for?

We work with entrepreneurs in Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Chad, Central African Republic, Gabon, Congo, DRC and Equatorial Guinea. If yours is not on the list, write to us.

Can I move my company later?

Yes. It belongs to you, and the registered-agent mandate can be transferred to another provider at any time.
